How to play online radio stations in Exaile if the application won't open the .pls file ? Hur man spelar online radiostationer i Exaile om ansökan inte kommer att öppna. Pls?
Sometimes Exaile won't open some .pls files. Ibland Exaile inte kommer att öppna några. Pls-filer. That is because it doesn't recognize the format of some playlists, but that doesn't mean that the playlist is incorrect. Det beror på att den inte känner igen formatet på vissa spellistor, men det betyder inte att spellistan är felaktig.
In order to listen to online radio stations in Exaile download your playlist to your desktop. För att lyssna på online-radiostationer i Exaile ladda din spellista till skrivbordet. In my case I downloaded the playlist for the MegapolisFM radio station from http://78.24.50.58:8000/listen.pls . I mitt fall jag hämtat spellistan för MegapolisFM radiostation från http://78.24.50.58:8000/listen.pls. Save your playlist to your desktop. Spara din spellista till skrivbordet.
Open your playlist with a text editor. Öppna din spellista med en texteditor. For example use Gedit: Till exempel använda Gedit:
cd ~/Desktop
gedit listen.pls
Replace listen.pls with the name of your own playlist. Byt listen.pls med namnet på din egen spellista.
Now copy the streaming url from the opened file. Nu kopierar strömmande webbadressen från den öppnade filen. The url structure should be similar to the one in the image below: Url struktur bör vara liknande den i bilden nedan:

Now switch to the Exaile window. Nu växla till Exaile fönstret. Select the Radio tab from the left (like in the image below) and click on the add button: Markera fliken från vänster (som i bilden nedan) och klicka på knappen Lägg till:

A window will pop up. Ett fönster kommer att dyka upp. Fill in the fields with your preferred name and description, but in the third field paste the URL you have just copied from the .pls file. Fyll i fälten med önskat namn och beskrivning, men i det tredje fältet klistra in adressen du just kopierade från. Pls filen. Click Ok . Klicka på Ok.
After this double click your just added radio station from the Saved stations drop down menu, select your radio station from the playlist, press the Play button. Efter denna dubbelklicka på din precis lagt radiostation från Sparade kanaler rullgardinsmenyn väljer du din radiostation från spellistan genom att trycka på Play-knappen.
