In this tutorial we're going to apply a pattern to a custom selection. V tem Tutorial bomo, da se vzorec po meri za izbiro. I chose to apply the US flag to a custom selection made to fit the US territory on the map. Sem se odločil, da se zastave ZDA meri izbor, ki se prilega ozemlju ZDA na zemljevidu.

Now, with the help of the Lasso Tool I made the custom selection to “fit” the US territory. Sedaj, s pomočjo orodja Lasso sem naredil po meri za izbiro "fit" ozemlju ZDA.

Probably you have noticed that the custom selection contains the surrounding oceans also. Verjetno ste opazili, da po meri izbor vsebuje tudi okoliških oceanov. To eliminate the waters from the selection I use the Magic Wand tool. Da bi odpravili vode iz izbora uporabljam orodje Magic Wand. With the left Alt key pressed I removed the transparent pixels from the selections (these are the waters). Z levo tipko Alt pritisnjen I odstrani pregleden izbor iz točk (to so vode). So now I end up with this selection, which is much better: Zdaj sem končal s to izbiro, ki je veliko boljša:

Now right click on the custom selection and select Layer via copy . Sedaj desni klik na izbiro po meri in izberite Layer preko kopije. A new layer will be created containing the custom shape (in my case the territory of the US). Nov plašč, bo narejena po meri, ki vsebujejo obliko (v mojem primeru na ozemlju ZDA).

Now right click on the new layer and select Blending Options . Sedaj desni klik na novi layer in izberite Blending Options.

Now click on Pattern overlay from the new window. Sedaj kliknite na Pattern prekrivanje z novo okno.

Now select the Pattern picker . Sedaj izberite Vzorec izbirnik.

Now select your preffered pattern. Sedaj izberite plini vzorec. I chose the US flag pattern. Sem izbral vzorec zastave ZDA.

Now scale the pattern to best fit your layer. Sedaj obsega vzorec, da bi najbolje ustrezajo vašim plast.

Click Ok to dismiss the Blending Options window. Kliknite Ok za zavrnitev Mešanje okno Možnosti.
Save your settings Shrani nastavitve
Now select both layers in order to merge them. Sedaj izberite obeh plasti, da se ju združi. Click on one of them, then by pressing the CTRL key, choose the second one. Kliknite na eno od njih, nato pa s pritiskom na tipko CTRL, izberite drugo.

Now right click on any one of the two layers and select Merge Layers . Zdaj pa desno kliknite na eno od dveh plasti in izberite Merge Layers.

That's it! To je to! For a better look I added the Drop shadow effect to the layer. Za boljši pogled sem dodal učinek senci Drop na plast.
