In this tutorial we're going to apply a pattern to a custom selection. F'dan il-tutorja we're se tapplika mudell għal għażla custom. I chose to apply the US flag to a custom selection made to fit the US territory on the map. I għażlu li japplikaw il-bandiera Istati Uniti għal għażla magħmula għall-individwu sabiex jiffittjaw mat-territorju Istati Uniti fuq il-mappa.
Here's the map: Hawn il-mappa:
Now, with the help of the Lasso Tool I made the custom selection to “fit” the US territory. Issa, bl-għajnuna ta 'l-Għodda ta Lasso I għamlu l-għażla tad-dwana "jippartjenu" t-territorju Amerikan.
Probably you have noticed that the custom selection contains the surrounding oceans also. Probabilment għandek ndunat li l-għażla custom fiha l-oċeani li jdawru wkoll. To eliminate the waters from the selection I use the Magic Wand tool. Biex tiġi eliminata l-ibħra mill-għażla I jużaw l-għodda Wand Magic. With the left Alt key pressed I removed the transparent pixels from the selections (these are the waters). Bil-buttuna Alt magħfusa xellug ippressat I neħħiet il-pixels trasparenti mill-selezzjonijiet (dawn huma l-ilmijiet). So now I end up with this selection, which is much better: Allura issa I jispiċċaw ma 'din l-għażla, li hija ħafna aħjar:
Now right click on the custom selection and select Layer via copy . Issa ikklikkja dritt dwar l-għażla użanza u jagħżel permezz ta 'Saff ta' kopja. A new layer will be created containing the custom shape (in my case the territory of the US). Saff ġodda se jinħolqu li fih il-forma doganali (fil-każ tiegħi fit-territorju ta 'l-Istati Uniti).
Now right click on the new layer and select Blending Options . Issa ikklikkja dritt dwar il-saff ġdid u tagħżel Options Ibblendjar.
Now click on Pattern overlay from the new window. Issa ikklikkja fuq overlay-Disinn mit-tieqa ġdida.
Now select the Pattern picker . Issa agħżel l-picker Pattern.
Now select your preffered pattern. Issa agħżel disinn preferut tiegħek. I chose the US flag pattern. I għażlet il-mudell tal-bandiera Istati Uniti.
Now scale the pattern to best fit your layer. Issa l-iskala tal-mudell għall-aħjar qagħda saff tiegħek.
Click Ok to dismiss the Blending Options window. Ok Ikklikkja biex tiċħad l-tieqa Options Ibblendjar.
Now select both layers in order to merge them. Issa agħżel iż-żewġ saffi sabiex jingħaqdu. Click on one of them, then by pressing the CTRL key, choose the second one. Ikklikkja fuq wieħed minnhom, imbagħad billi tagħfas il-buttuna CTRL, tagħżel it-tieni wieħed.
Now right click on any one of the two layers and select Merge Layers . Issa ikklikkja dritt fuq kwalunkwe wieħed mill-żewġ saffi u jagħżel saffi Merge.
That's it! That's it! For a better look I added the Drop shadow effect to the layer. Għal ħarsa aħjar I miżjuda ma 'l-effett shadow Drop lis-saff.
Here's what I got: Hawn dak Sibt:
