In this tutorial we'll try to create an empty rectangle selection and to add smooth edges to it.
There are several methods to accomplish this task, but only one of them worked best in my case. Ci sono diversi metodi per eseguire questa operazione, ma solo uno di loro ha funzionato meglio nel mio caso.

Click and drag to draw a rectangle with your preferred size. Fare clic e trascinare per disegnare un rettangolo con la dimensione preferita.

Right click on your just drawn rectangle and select 'Make selection'. Fai clic destro sul rettangolo appena tracciato e scegliere 'Make selezione'.

Now a popup window will show up asking you for some values. Ora, una finestra popup apparirà la richiesta di stabilire alcuni valori.
