In this tutorial we're going to apply a pattern to a custom selection. Tässä opetusohjelmassa aiomme soveltaa malli Custom valinta. I chose to apply the US flag to a custom selection made to fit the US territory on the map. Päätin soveltaa Yhdysvaltain lippu muokattu valinta Sovitettu Yhdysvaltain alueen kartalla.

Now, with the help of the Lasso Tool I made the custom selection to “fit” the US territory. Nyt avulla Lasso Tool tein mukautetun valinnan "sopii" USA: n alueella.

Probably you have noticed that the custom selection contains the surrounding oceans also. Luultavasti olet huomannut, että mukautettua valinta sisältää ympäröivien merien myös. To eliminate the waters from the selection I use the Magic Wand tool. Poistaa vesien valinta käytän Taikasauva työkalu. With the left Alt key pressed I removed the transparent pixels from the selections (these are the waters). Now right click on the custom selection and select Layer via copy . Nyt oikealla klikkaa Custom valinta ja valitse Layer kautta kopio. Now right click on the new layer and select Blending Options . Nyt aivan click model uusi kerros ja valitse Blending Options.

Now click on Pattern overlay from the new window. Nyt klikkaa malli peittoa uuteen ikkunaan.

Now select the Pattern picker . Nyt valitse Pattern valitsinta.

Now select your preffered pattern. Nyt Valitse Preffered mallia. I chose the US flag pattern. Valitsin Yhdysvaltain lipun mallia.

Now scale the pattern to best fit your layer. Nyt mittakaavassa malli parhaiten sopivat kerros.

Click Ok to dismiss the Blending Options window. Klikkaa OK jättää Blending Options-ikkuna.

Save your settings Tallenna asetukset

Now select both layers in order to merge them. Nyt valita molemmat kerrokset jotta yhdistää niitä. Click on one of them, then by pressing the CTRL key, choose the second one. Klikkaa yksi heistä, sitten painamalla CTRL-näppäintä, valitse toinen.

Now right click on any one of the two layers and select Merge Layers . Nyt aivan click model after jokin kahdesta kerroksesta ja valitse Yhdistä tasot.

That's it! That's it! For a better look I added the Drop shadow effect to the layer. Saat hyvän kuvan Lisäsin Drop Shadow vaikutus kerros.
