In this tutorial we're going to apply a pattern to a custom selection. Sel Juhendaja me kavatseme taotleda mudel kohandatud valik. I chose to apply the US flag to a custom selection made to fit the US territory on the map. I otsustas taotleda USA lipp kohandatud tehtud valikut sobitada USA territooriumi kaardil.

Now, with the help of the Lasso Tool I made the custom selection to “fit” the US territory. Nüüd abiga Lasso Tool tegin custom valiku "sobib" USA territooriumi.

Probably you have noticed that the custom selection contains the surrounding oceans also. Tõenäoliselt olete märganud, et kohandatud valik sisaldab ümbritsevate ookeanide ka. To eliminate the waters from the selection I use the Magic Wand tool. Kõrvaldamiseks vetes valiku ma kasutan võlukepiga vahend. With the left Alt key pressed I removed the transparent pixels from the selections (these are the waters). Mis vasak Alt klahvi I eemaldatud läbipaistvad pikselid alates valikud (need veed). Now right click on the custom selection and select Layer via copy . Nüüd paremklõps kohandatud valik ja vali Layer kaudu koopia. A new layer will be created containing the custom shape (in my case the territory of the US). Uus kiht luuakse sisaldavad kohandatud kuju (minu puhul territooriumile USA).

Now right click on the new layer and select Blending Options . Nüüd paremklõps uus kiht ja vali Blending Options.

Now click on Pattern overlay from the new window. Nüüd vali Pattern Overlay alates uue akna.

Now select the Pattern picker . Nüüd vali Pattern korjaja.

Now select your preffered pattern. Nüüd vali oma preffered muster. I chose the US flag pattern. Valisin USA lipp muster.

Now scale the pattern to best fit your layer. Nüüd skaala mudel kõige paremini oma kiht.

Click Ok to dismiss the Blending Options window. Klõpsake OK jätta Blending Options akent.

Save your settings Salvestage seaded

Now select both layers in order to merge them. Nüüd vali mõlemad kihid, et liita need. Click on one of them, then by pressing the CTRL key, choose the second one. Vajuta ühele neist, siis vajutades CTRL-klahvi, valige teine.

Now right click on any one of the two layers and select Merge Layers . Nüüd paremklõps üks kahest kihist ja valige Ühenda kihid.

That's it! That's it! For a better look I added the Drop shadow effect to the layer. Paremat otsima ma lisatakse Varju mõju kiht.
